SATX Social Ride “On Your Block” Party Crash & Southside Ride

The Cherrity Bar will also be hosting the “On Your Block” community event from 5:30 until 8:00 pm. This event will have several prominent city leaders (and local bloggers) who will discuss the cities’ 2.7 BILLION DOLLAR budget and listen to what you think is important for the city. Hint: Bike Infrastructure maybe? Your input is important!

So get there a little early if you can, listen and be heard. Riders will be heading south on Cherry street at 7 sharp. We will meet in the Alamodome parking lot at 6:30 and roll out at 7 pm we should return around 8:45 to The Cherrity Bar for drink specials and food trucks. Riding south to Mission San Jose and back 13-ish miles, rather flat. not training wheels friendly or for young kids.

Bring bike lights, extra tube, Helmet, water a smile and a positive attitude.
